St. Petersburg, FL-- An argument in a local pizza shop got pretty heated Sunday afternoon when a verbal argument escalated to pushing and shoving, and then shooting.
According to reports, Michael Jock, 52 was at the Little Caesars Pizza shop off the 4600 block of 13th Ave. N when he got into an altercation with Randall White, another customer in the store.
The argument quickly grew to minor shoving, and that's when reports say Jock pulled out a Taurus Ultralight .38 Special Revolver and fired it at White.
White reportedly attempted to wrestle the gun from Jock's hands, resulting in him getting shot a second time.
Reports say one of the bullets went straight through White, and into a wall in the restaurant. There were three other people in the restaurant that could have been harmed.
White's injuries were reportedly minor, but were very visible, close-range gunshot wounds.
Jock admitted to shooting White, telling officials "he felt it was justified", reports say.
Jock was arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Shooting within a Building.
