Police say 27-year-old Gregory McGlamery was heading westbound on 30th Ave. N. and was driving erratically when he drove over a curb and struck a bus stop sign.

McGlamery was ejected from the scooter. He was taken to Bayfront Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
