ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- It's a day that aspiring ball players, little kids, and big kids alike look forward to ahead of the spring training season.
Thousands of Tampa Bay Rays fans got a chance to get autographs and snap some photos with some of their favorite players at Fanfest at the Trop.
Pitcher James Shields says it's all about the young fans.
For all you dog lovers, Astro, David Price's "Frenchie," even made a special appearance decked out in his Rays gear.
