Manatee rotary clubs join to paint Bradenton Boys & Girls Clubs
Manatee, Florida -- On Saturday, May 12, volunteers from rotary clubs throughout Manatee County came together to paint the interior of the Bradenton Boys & Girls Club.
The Club is dedicated to providing service to others, promoting high ethical standards, and to advancing world understanding, goodwill and peace through their fellowship of business, professional and community leaders.
“We are pleased to support the Boys & Girls Clubs of Manatee County who have graciously allowed us to use their facility for food packaging projects to feed the hungry within our community over the past two years,” Dan Chappie, service project coordinator for the Bradenton Rotary Club, said in a release.
Materials for the project were funded by a donation from the Bradenton Rotary Club Foundation with contributions from The Home Depot and Sherwin Williams.
