St. Petersburg, Florida -- A team of talented singers, dancers and an orchestra honored more than 5,000 years of Chinese history.
Shen Yun Performing Arts brought the beauty of Chinese culture to the Straz Center in Tampa recently and is now returning for a show on the other side of the Bay.
After more than 60 years of Communist rule in China, Chinese traditional culture has been all but completely demolished.
Shen Yun aims to revive that culture through a blend of beauty, energy and grace. Shen Yun is coming to the Mahaffey Theater in Saint Petersburg on May 5.
