About Us

Performance Fit Bodies & Fit 'n Sexy Bootcamp

As your Personal Trainer, I do more than just count reps and sets while you do all the hard work. Instead, I ensure that each session is motivating, personalized to suit your needs, engaging and 100% fun.

 



We help our clients achieve symmetry and strength by utilizing  functional movement patterns and interval training. 

Research has shown that High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) is a much more efficient way to burn fat and achieve results. HIIT involves alternating between high and low intensity bouts of exercise that will burn more fat.



 

Our sessions will have you jumping, running, lifting, throwing, twisting, pushing and pulling. All the natural movements your body thrives on and was built for. Whip, Smash, Flip, Push, & Pull your way into fitness!
