St. Petersburg, Fla. -- You've seen them all over the Bay area from Tampa to Sarasota, but St. Pete city council members are debating whether food trucks have a place in Downtown, and how to regulate vendors.

A committee heard ideas about where the food trucks could be set up and what fees they could be charged.
